
Linda Anderson – Director + Workplace Investigations Practice Lead
Linda is a former financial services industry professional and a retired police officer with an impeccable service record.
In the way of exposure to traumatic events, unpredictable human behaviours and navigation of complex stakeholder structures, there is very little that Linda has not encountered in her career.
Linda now channels her investigative experience in workplace settings, helping employers manage risks arising from workplace complaints, employee conduct and the damaging impacts on culture, retention and productivity.
Linda assists blue- and white-collar employers navigate the full spectrum of lower-level employee misconduct through to alleged serious misconduct and criminality.

Scott Donaldson – Director + Industrial Relations Practice Lead
Scott is a legally-qualified Industrial Relations practitioner of 20 years’ experience. Over that time, Scott has worked within private legal practice and a number of in-house ER / IR leadership roles.
The bulk of Scott’s career has been spent in mining (coal and metals), construction and rail industries, serving employers with operations across Oceania, Africa and the Americas. Scott also has a depth of knowledge in the health, aged-care and financial services industries. This diversity of experience allows Scott to identify and adapt effective solutions across his blue- and white-collar clients.
With a history of representing employers in highly-unionised workplaces, Scott has considerable expertise in the development of medium-long term industrial relations strategies, the design of tactical initiatives in support of those strategies and front-line delivery.
Scott assists employers to navigate the increasingly complex enterprise bargaining framework and deliver major / contested change projects. Scott also supports employers with performance improvement and disciplinary processes, and representation in Fair Work Commission proceedings.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Business from QUT, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and Masters in Employment Relations from Griffith University. Scott has lectured on industrial relations and employment law as part of the QUT Bachelor of Laws program.
